We've had a couple little bits of snow so far this year, but today's is the first semi major snow we've had. Driving to work today was of course fun, and home tonight will be gloriously exciting I'm sure. ;)
I need to get hooked up to work from home during things like this!
Supposed to keep snowing in at least small amounts through tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm of course, at work now. That is actually something to be thankful for since I've been sick all week, but I'm on the mend.

Look at this! I've driven right by/through there lots of times. What a nightmare it would be to be driving along and suddenly have van size boulders come crashing onto the road all around you.
So just in case you haven't already been looking at my brother's website, I feel I must bring this awesomeness to your attention. He helped his friend with a photo project last year, and was the starring character in his Alice in Wonderland adaptation. Go check it out, its so awesome. Alex Does Wonderland.

Joe, I really don't know what to tell you in regards to comments. My comments are built into Movable Type, which is the program I use for blog entries.

World of Warcraft comes out tomorrow. Hurrah!
Also, Half Life 2 is the best FPS ever. Seriously. Go buy it.

One last bit of random information. I've decided that Japanese horror movies, and American ripoffs of those horror movies, are generally the most scary/creepy movies of their kind. This comes after deciding that The Ring and The Grudge are in their own league. I have unfortunately not seen the Japanese originals of either, but I'll have to rectify that.
Apparently pie was the thing to bring to Chris's house if you were not cooking roast or the like. We had 4 to choose from. Mmmm, Piiiie. I actually had the chocolate cheesecake though. Yum.
After dinner we spent lots of time talking about World of Warcraft and such like the nerds we are.

My brother just posted this amusing link, via Abbey, you should check it out:
My friend Joe is moving to Chicago of all places. So I'm probably going to go hang out with him a bit tomorrow. On Saturday, we are getting together at Chris' house and Chuck is going to cook Roast. Hopefully Eric will also make an appearance.
Its almost time for us all to start playing another online game together. World of Warcraft goes live on the 23rd. I've been in beta for ages and the game is fantastic, so it should be fun.
And now I leave you with some partial lyrics to a song I just can't seem to stop listening to, "They" by Jem. Thanks go to my brother Joe for the hookup.

Who made up all the rules
We follow them like fools
Believe them to be true
Don't care to think them through
And I'm sorry so sorry
I'm sorry it's like this
I'm sorry so sorry
I'm sorry we do this
And it's ironic too
Coz what we tend to do
Is act on what they say
And then it is that way

Oh goodness gracious, why don't you go listen to the song and watch the video here!
Team Brad Bird, of Iron Giant fame, up with Pixar and what you get is, in a word, incredible. Run, don't walk, to your nearest theater and check this movie out. 5 stars.
